The world is overrun with Hungry: vicious, flesh-eating monsters that were once human. Desperate to find safety, Sandra and her friends continue their journey, even as they realize there is nowhere left to hide. Staying alive is what matters, but it becomes clear that the only thing more deadly than the Hungry are the other survivors.
